Training
What We Do
Our training is based on materials developed by Prof. Bernard Donefer, a former senior executive with over 30 years of financial industry experience and over a decade of graduate level teaching at three major New York graduate business schools.
The courses are pragmatic, offering valuable insights to current practitioners. Each program is continually updated with the latest industry advances and regulatory updates. Available for individuals in regularly scheduled public seminars,
or given internally to firms as customized courses to their employees. Each attendee receives a copious set of class notes, including references to additional sources. CPE credits are available to all attendees.
Attendees have included CEO's, CFO's, CIO's, asset managers, traders, operations staff, regulators, auditors, technologists, journalists and even new hires needing up-to-date industry expertise.
Recent in-house courses: the SEC, the Federal Reserve Bank, DTCC, Options Clearing Corp., IIROC (Canadian regulator), banks, securities firms and technology firms in the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Custom Corporate Training

All of our courses can be brought in-house, tailored to your organization’s specific needs and schedules. Topics can be added or deleted and unique subject modules created. Internal guest speakers can enhance programs by providing their business insights. For in-house classes, refund/cancellation/complaint policies are stipulated by client contract.

Marketing Through Custom Client Seminars

An excellent marketing tool for clients and prospects, training seminars on industry trends and issues can provide a forum for interaction, while providing real benefits to attendees. A relevant presentation, followed by a luncheon or cocktail hour can offer access to clients and prospects in an informal setting.
Contact us for an opportunity to discuss how your sponsorship of our seminars can enhance your image, sales and client satisfaction.
